Early Life
Valentina Nappi was born on 6 November 1990 in Scafati, Italy. She attended art school in Salerno before studying design at the Second University of Naples. Because of her education, she has often been described as an “intellectual” performer within her industry.
Career
After emailing actor, director and producer Rocco Siffredi in 2011, Nappi made her adult film debut that year and went on to work extensively in both Italy and the United States, appearing in hundreds of productions across the 2010s and into the 2020s. Her awards include multiple AVN Awards — including Best Three-Way Sex Scene for her early work, Best Transsexual Scene the following year, and Most Outrageous Sex Scene for the acclaimed production “Trentebeard,” her third AVN Award and her first in eight years — as well as the XBIZ Award for Foreign Female Performer of the Year and the XRCO Award for Unsung Siren.
As an adult model, Nappi was a Playmate in the June 2012 issue of Italian Playboy, Penthouse Pet of the Month in November 2013, and graced the cover of Hustler’s Taboo in 2015.
Beyond adult entertainment, Nappi has written and spoken about social, cultural and philosophical topics, writing a column for the Italian newsmagazine “MicroMega” and speaking at philosophy festivals and conferences. She has also appeared in non-adult films, notably the 2024 Italian romantic comedy “Still Fabulous,” in which she plays herself opposite Diana Del Bufalo; the film was released internationally on Amazon Prime Video. She has also appeared in an episode of the reality comedy travel series “Emigratis.”
Personal Life
In 2009, Nappi began a relationship with Giovanni Lagnese. The couple later married in 2020.
Nappi’s move from adult entertainment into mainstream film and writing follows a path few in her field have taken, though her modelling career ran alongside those of Hailey Clauson, Crystal Harris and Josie Maran.
