When Jelly Roll and Bunnie XO finalized their divorce in July 2026, they had quite a collection of assets to divide. Their settlement covered multiple homes, cars, an aircraft, bank accounts, investments and intellectual property. Among those assets was an extravagant Tennessee mansion featuring a glass-walled car showroom, a resort-style swimming pool and nearly 10 acres of land. Now, just a few months after the divorce, that mansion is for sale for $6,999,999.

There is an interesting wrinkle in the story. Several early reports claimed Bunnie received the mansion in the divorce and was now selling it. But Bunnie subsequently clarified that the opposite was true: she gave the mansion to Jelly Roll. The property she received in the settlement was an entirely different Tennessee estate.
The $7 Million Tennessee Mansion
Located in Franklin, Tennessee, outside Nashville, the sprawling property sits on 9.92 acres of rolling countryside. The 7,674-square-foot residence was built in 2022 and features five bedrooms, six full bathrooms, one half-bathroom and a five-car garage. The home’s most unusual amenity is a glass-walled automotive showroom overlooked by a media den. Instead of hiding prized vehicles away in a conventional garage, the design allows the owner to admire them from an adjoining entertainment space.
The mansion also features an oversized chef’s kitchen, elegant living and dining areas, a finished basement and interiors designed by The Mix Interiors. Outside, a massive covered porch incorporates a complete outdoor kitchen, dining space and lounge area overlooking a resort-style swimming pool. Bunnie has described several additional amenities she installed during their ownership, including a five-person sauna and two cold plunges. The property also has a barn, with enough land to accommodate animals, and offers substantial privacy while remaining within easy reach of downtown Franklin and Nashville.
They Paid $6.175 Million in 2023
According to the property’s MLS-backed sales history, the mansion was originally offered for $6.5 million in September 2023. It sold on November 15, 2023, for $6,175,000, a $325,000 discount from its initial asking price. The property returned to the market on October 1, 2026, with an asking price of $6,999,999 — an $824,999 increase over its November 2023 purchase price, or 13.4%.
Of course, asking $824,999 more than the original purchase price is not the same as making an $824,999 profit. Even if the mansion sells for its full asking price, the eventual financial result will depend on brokerage commissions, transaction expenses, improvements, maintenance and any outstanding mortgage debt. The listing is being handled by Erik Levin of Benchmark Realty and Greg Sanford of Greg Sanford Real Estate.
Which House Did Bunnie XO Receive?
Following the couple’s separation, there was considerable confusion about which of their Tennessee properties belonged to whom. Bunnie resolved the question during an October episode of her “Dumb Blonde” podcast, explaining that she had given Jelly Roll the Franklin mansion as part of their divorce settlement. She also made clear that the home being advertised for nearly $7 million was not her current residence, and encouraged listeners interested in the property to buy it, praising its swimming pool, acreage, sauna and other amenities.
The property Bunnie received is a separate Tennessee compound where the couple had been developing what was supposed to become their dream home. That estate, located in Burns, Tennessee, has been described in published reports as a 500-acre compound valued at $4.5 million. Bunnie previously explained that the property contained three houses and that she planned to accommodate close friends and members of her team there, along with the extensive collection of farm animals she and Jelly Roll had accumulated.
Inside Their Divorce Settlement
Jelly Roll, whose real name is Jason DeFord, married Bunnie, whose real name is Alisa DeFord, in August 2016. The two had met in Las Vegas the previous year and renewed their wedding vows in 2023. Their nearly decade-long marriage ended after Jelly Roll filed for divorce on May 18, 2026, citing irreconcilable differences, and they finalized the divorce in July. Despite the substantial wealth and assets involved, the couple described the split as amicable, reaching a financial agreement without a prolonged public courtroom battle.
Court documents revealed that their property settlement covered real estate, vehicles, an aircraft, furniture, intellectual property rights, financial accounts, investments, trusts and debts. One particularly significant provision required Jelly Roll to make a one-time lump-sum property division payment to Bunnie. The amount was kept confidential, and both parties waived their claims to alimony. The agreement also included confidentiality and non-disparagement provisions. Because the complete financial settlement remains private, the public does not know the total value of assets each received. All figures here are estimates from public sources.
