Bhad Bhabie is taking another run at selling the Florida mansion she bought with $6.1 million in cash while she was still 18. The rapper and internet personality, real name Danielle Bregoli, put the Boca Raton property back on the market on 21 October 2026 for $6.9 million — nearly three years after first offering it for sale, according to TMZ.
The purchase was an extraordinary milestone in an already improbable career. Six years after becoming famous as the combative teenager on “Dr. Phil,” Bregoli had accumulated enough money to buy an NFL star’s sprawling estate outright. She was weeks away from her 19th birthday, and less than a year into an OnlyFans business generating tens of millions of dollars.
A $6.1 Million Purchase Before Her 19th Birthday
Bregoli bought the property from Jason Pierre-Paul, the NFL pass rusher who won Super Bowls with the New York Giants and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He had purchased the home for $2.3 million in 2017 and undertaken an extensive renovation. By early 2022 he was ready to sell at $6.25 million; Bregoli agreed to pay $6.1 million in a transaction completed through a trust with her mother, Barbara, serving as trustee. She bought the home without a mortgage.
She was still 18 when the deal closed in March 2022 — her 19th birthday was 26 March — making the mansion a particularly lavish way to close out her first year of adulthood.
The OnlyFans Money Behind the Mansion
Bregoli’s original claim to fame was her 2016 appearance on “Dr. Phil,” where a confrontation with the studio audience produced the viral “cash me outside” catchphrase. She turned that attention into a rap career under the name Bhad Bhabie, a huge social media following and endorsement deals. Then, in April 2021, shortly after turning 18, she joined OnlyFans.
The income arrived almost immediately. Bregoli shared an earnings screenshot showing more than $1 million in revenue during her first six hours on the platform. A year later, shortly after the mansion purchase, she posted a statement showing about $53 million in gross earnings and roughly $42–43 million after OnlyFans’ cut — still before her own taxes and other expenses, but enough to make a $6.1 million cash home purchase considerably easier to understand. The house cost less than 15% of that platform payout. In a March 2025 stream, she put her running net total even higher, at around $75 million — her own claim, not an audited figure.
It is the same direct-audience economics behind Belle Delphine’s fortune and Olivia Jade Giannulli’s rebuilt career: no studio, no label taking the large cut. For the full picture of Bregoli’s wealth beyond this house, see her net worth profile.
A Sale Attempt That Began in 2023
| Date | Asking price |
|---|---|
| December 2023 | $7.89 million |
| January 2025 | $6.85 million (withdrawn February 2025) |
| October 2026 | $6.9 million |
Bregoli first tried to sell in December 2023 at $7.89 million — $1.79 million above her purchase price, before expenses. That deal never materialized. By January 2025 the ask had fallen to $6.85 million, and the listing was withdrawn the following month, according to the property history reported by Realtor.com.
The October 2026 relaunch brings the house back at $6.9 million: $990,000 below the original 2023 ask, but $50,000 above the last price before withdrawal — and $800,000 above what she paid, a 13.1% increase before selling costs and ownership expenses.
Inside the Boca Raton Estate
The property sits on an acre in Fieldbrook Estates, a gated community of 54 custom homes. Built in 1983 and extensively remodeled in 2020, the residence is advertised with 8,958 square feet, seven bedrooms, six full bathrooms and one half-bath. Interiors include a large kitchen, expansive entertaining spaces, a private office and a billiards room; the first-floor primary suite has three custom walk-in closets. Outside are a separate two-story guesthouse, a pool and spa, and a six-bay showcase garage.
Ownership is not cheap even without a mortgage: the listing shows $69,494 in property taxes for 2025 and an HOA fee of $662 per month — more than $77,000 a year before insurance, maintenance, utilities or work on the house. Bregoli’s wider portfolio includes a Tarzana property reported purchased for $5.15 million in September 2024. The Boca listing is held by Marcy F. Javor of Signature One Luxury Estates.
For now, $6.9 million remains an asking price, and the mansion is actively listed. Bregoli proved at 18 that she could produce the cash to buy it; the next chapter depends on finding someone willing to write her a similarly large check.
